WHAT THIS SERVICE IS

The Server is an informational and entertainment content service about sports. We publish our own opinions and analysis on betting lines, along with the line each opinion was published at and the line the market closed at.

The Server is NOT a sportsbook, does not accept or process bets, does not hold betting funds, is not a broker, is not a financial advisor, is not an investment advisor and is not your fiduciary. Nothing we publish is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

By purchasing you represent and warrant that:

YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

Verifying the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction is solely your responsibility. Laws vary by country, state, province and municipality, and they change.

In Puerto Rico sports betting is regulated by the Gaming Commission under Act 81-2019: the minimum age is 18, initial registration with a sportsbook must be done in person, and online wagers require you to be physically on the island, which books verify by geolocation. Meeting those requirements is on you, not on us.

We do not verify your location, age or eligibility. If you use the service where betting is illegal or without meeting your jurisdiction's requirements, you do so at your own legal risk and you indemnify us for any consequence of it.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

WE GUARANTEE NO WINNINGS. We guarantee no win rate, no ROI, no CLV, no streak and no outcome, on any single pick or across the whole.

Past, historical, simulated or published performance does NOT predict future performance. Any figure, record, chart or screenshot we publish describes what already happened and promises nothing.

Sports betting carries a real risk of total loss of the money you risk. Every user should reasonably expect the possibility of losing everything they bet. You choose each bet, you choose the amount, you own the outcome.

Lines, prices and availability are set by your sportsbook, not by us. We do not guarantee you get the published line, that your book accepts your bet, or that your book pays you.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Billing, invoicing and access control are operated by Whop. Content delivery happens on Telegram. Both are independent third parties with their own terms, and your use of them is governed by their documents, not ours.

We are not liable for outages, delays, blocks, account suspensions, delivery failures, policy changes or data loss caused by Whop, Telegram, your sportsbook, your carrier or your internet provider.

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY

Content is delivered when and as available. We guarantee no minimum number of picks per day, week or season, no specific posting time, and no coverage of any particular league, event or market.

We may pause, modify, reduce or discontinue any part of the service at any time. A pause, a day without picks or a format change creates no credit, extension or refund.

USE OF THE CONTENT

Your membership is personal, individual and non-transferable. Channel content belongs to The Server and is licensed to you for private use only.

Forwarding, screenshotting, republishing, rebroadcasting, reselling, syndicating or sharing picks outside the channel is prohibited, as is sharing your access. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination without refund, and we reserve all legal remedies.

SUBSCRIPTION, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

Membership auto-renews until you cancel from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid, then ends automatically.

We may change prices with notice on the site or by email; the new price applies to the next cycle. We may terminate your access immediately, without refund, for breach of these terms, abusive conduct toward staff or members, fraudulent chargebacks or attempted resale.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVER, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF WAGERED MONEY, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. That is the entire cap, under any legal theory.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Server, its owners and contributors from any claim, demand, fine, penalty, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your bets, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Betting can be addictive. Do not bet money meant for rent, food, debt or obligations. Do not bet to chase losses. Do not bet under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If betting stopped being entertainment, get help: in Puerto Rico, 1-800-981-0023; elsewhere in the United States, 1-800-522-4700 (National Problem Gambling Helpline). Both are free, confidential and open 24/7. If you ask us to close your access for self-exclusion, we do it immediately and permanently.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days from written notice.

If unresolved, the dispute goes to individual binding arbitration, not to court, except where prohibited by law. YOU WAIVE TRIAL BY JURY AND PARTICIPATION IN CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTIONS. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event or they are waived.

GENERAL

We may amend these terms; the effective version is the one posted on this page with its date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

If a court finds any clause invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right does not waive it. These terms, together with Whop's and Telegram's, are the entire agreement.
