By accessing or using The Server ("the Service"), operated by The Server LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where sports betting analytics services are legal. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
The Server provides educational content, sports betting analysis, picks with documented reasoning, and analytical tools intended for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does NOT:
Sports betting involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including historical pick results, ROI metrics, and Closing Line Value (CLV) data, does not guarantee future results. Variance is a fundamental feature of sports betting markets.
The Server makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the profitability, accuracy, or reliability of any picks, analysis, predictions, or other content provided through the Service. You assume full and complete responsibility for any decisions you make based on information obtained from the Service.
The Service offers tiered subscription plans (Rookie and Pro). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
Subscription fees are subject to change. We will provide notice of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account with others may result in immediate termination without refund.

All content on the Service — including articles, picks, analysis, code, design, and trademarks — is owned by The Server LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Server LLC, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
