REFUNDS

Read this before you pay, not after.
NO REFUNDS. NONE.
All sales are final. By completing payment you expressly agree that you receive immediate digital access and that you waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation with return, or refund, full or partial, for any reason.

WHY
The product is information. The moment you enter the channel you have seen picks, and that cannot be returned. That is why the price is low and the commitment is month to month: the protection is not a refund, it is that you can cancel any time.

NO REFUND FOR ANY OF THESE
›You lost money betting, hit a bad run, or the picks did not land.
›The month's performance did not meet your expectations.
›You forgot to cancel and the subscription renewed.
›You did not use the channel, did not open it, or did not follow the picks.
›Your sportsbook moved the line, limited your account, closed your account or did not pay you.
›You could not bet because of your location, your age or your jurisdiction's law.
›Telegram, Whop, your phone or your connection failed.
›You changed your mind.

HOW TO AVOID THE NEXT CHARGE
Cancel from your Whop account before the renewal date. Cancellation is immediate and takes two clicks, with nobody to talk to. You keep access until the paid period ends.
Cancelling on time is your responsibility. We issue no refunds or credits for late cancellations.

CHARGEBACKS
Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank instead of cancelling is grounds for immediate, permanent termination of access, and we reserve the right to contest the case with your purchase record, your acceptance of this policy and your channel activity.

THE ONE EXCEPTION
If a verifiable technical error charged you twice for the same period, we return the duplicate charge. That is all. There are no other exceptions, under any circumstance.
