PRIVACY
Short on purpose: we collect the minimum needed to bill you and give you access.
WHAT WE KEEP
- Your email, name, language and Whop user ID: Whop sends them when you buy, and we use them for your welcome email, receipts and membership notices.
- Your Telegram username, if you give it at checkout: Whop shows it to us so we can verify your access. Joining and leaving the channel is handled by Whop.
- Your membership status (plan, active or cancelled, dates), which is kept in Whop.
WHAT WE DO NOT KEEP
We do not store your card or payment details: those live with Whop, which processes billing and may ask for a billing address for taxes. We do not ask for ID, location or your betting data. We do not track your activity off this site.
WHO IT IS SHARED WITH
Only who is needed to run the service: Whop (billing and access), Telegram (delivery), Resend (email), Vercel (site hosting) and Neon (database). Nobody else.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We would hand it to an authority only under a valid legal order.
HOW LONG
While your membership is active, plus the period tax law requires us to keep billing records. Then it is deleted.
YOUR RIGHTS
Email us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Deleting your data ends the membership. We respond within 30 days.
COOKIES
This site uses only what it needs: a cookie and local storage in your browser to remember your language and whether you have seen the intro screen. The checkout is loaded by Whop inside the page and uses its own cookies, under its policy. No advertising cookies, no profile selling.
MINORS
The service is for adults only: 18+ in Puerto Rico and 21+ where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find one, we delete their data and close their access.
